No job is too big, or too small

Native Sun Construction, LLC is an Arizona-based full service residential general contracting firm.

Whether building an addition, remodeling a kitchen, updating a bathroom, installing safety equipment or providing handy-man services - we complete every job with the same high level of care and professionalism.

Our approach to any project, large or small, is that we are dedicated to being an advocate for our clients. This approach means that above all else, protecting the interests and desires of our client comes first. We serve our clients, throughout the project, by dealing with subcontractors, suppliers and municipalities.

From the initial meeting through the final coat of paint, we listen attentively to our clients, providing guidance and suggestions where necessary. Through regular and consistent communication, we make sure our clients are fully aware of everything that is going on with their project. All plans, permits, contracts, change orders and updates are tracked, logged and provided to our clients – in writing. By ensuring that all important communication is in writing, we assure that there are no surprises or unforeseen delays.

We also provide drafting services for most projects. Utilizing computer aided drafting (CAD) software we can develop the plans for most remodeling projects, additions and smaller new construction projects. With CAD drawings, changes to plans can be made simply and quickly, saving time and money through the design phase.

In addition to the general contracting services offered by Native Sun, we also offer the unique service of providing Aging in Place consulting. Developed by the National Association of Homebuilder, the Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) program was developed to give remodelers, builder and designers the tools necessary to help make homes function better and safer for an aging population. The core principles behind this movement are Universal Design and Visit-ability.

*Universal Design *is the concept that spaces can be configured and designed to serve all people, no matter their level of ability, without seeming institutional or antiseptic.

*Visit-ability *is the process of making sure that every person can easily and safely enter and enjoy their home or the home of a loved one.
